I had a delightful stay where I enjoyed breathtaking views of Wells Cathedral from my room and the fantastic location made it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Bishop's Palace and Gardens just 500 meters away and the lively market just a few steps from my door.

The building is as old as it gets, but it has a charm that makes you feel something. The view from our four-poster bed was just unreal, overlooking the cathedral-couldn't get enough of it at sunrise. Amazing. The staff, especially Emily, were helpful, going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, even lending us a fan when the room got too hot.

Sure it wasn’t exactly cheap but it was worth it, I guess.
